These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the use of the Store, including the placing of orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and complaints.
Use of the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Order Placement
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Store’s website.
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including applicable taxes).
The Store reserves the right to modify its product range, prices, and delivery costs.
Orders are processed after full payment has been received.
Delivery and Payment
Delivery is carried out via courier services or parcel lockers.
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless the Store specifies otherwise (e.g. free shipping for orders above a specified amount).
Available payment methods:
a) Online instant payments.
The order processing time is up to 14 business days from the date the payment is received.
Orders marked as “Pending”, relating to products that are temporarily out of stock (stock quantity: 0), will be processed once the products have been prepared or restocked.
The processing time for such orders may be up to 14 business days from the date the payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Store by email at ogienek.eu@gmail.com or in writing at:

Returned products are accepted only if they:
a) have not been used,
b) are not damaged,
c) are returned in their original packaging.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Customer.

Complaints
Complaints regarding defective products or services provided by the Store should be submitted to ogienek.eu@gmail.com.
A complaint should include:
a) the Customer’s full name,
b) the order number,
c) a description of the defect or issue,
d) photographs of the defective product (if applicable).
The Store will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and will inform the Customer of its decision.
Personal Data Protection
The controller of personal data is ogienek.eu.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of their personal data.
Handmade Products
The products offered in the Store (in particular candles and ceramics) are handmade rather than machine-manufactured. As a result, individual items may vary slightly in terms of shape, color, texture, wall thickness, or surface finish. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not constitute defects.
In the case of soy wax candles, small droplets of fragrance oil or moisture may occasionally appear on the surface. This is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in ambient temperature during transportation or storage. It does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the candle.
The above characteristics resulting from the handmade production process and the natural properties of the materials are not subject to complaints or warranty claims, as they do not constitute product defects.
Final Provisions
The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments shall take effect upon their publication on the Store’s website.
Any matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
