Terms and Conditions

§1. General Provisions

The online store operating under the name ogienek.eu is run by Ogieńek, located at: Stary Rynek 41/6, 61-772 Poznań, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7792394448, REGON: 522366270.
The Store can be contacted via email at: ogienek.eu@gmail.com.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Store, including placing orders, payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.
By using the Store, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Store’s website.
All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including applicable taxes).
The Store reserves the right to modify its product range, prices, and shipping costs at any time.
Orders are processed after full payment has been received.

Orders are delivered via courier services or parcel lockers.
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise specified by the Store (e.g. free shipping above a specified order value).
Available payment methods:
a) Online instant payments.
Orders are processed within up to 14 business days from the date payment is received.
Orders marked as “Pending”, relating to temporarily unavailable products (stock quantity: 0), will be processed once the products have been prepared or restocked.
The processing time for such orders may be up to 14 business days from the date payment is received.

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Store by email at ogienek.eu@gmail.com or in writing to:

Returned products will only be accepted if they:
a) have not been used,
b) are not damaged,
c) are returned in their original packaging.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Complaints regarding defective products or Store services should be submitted to:

A complaint should include:
a) the Customer’s full name,
b) the order number,
c) a description of the defect or issue,
d) photographs of the defective product (if applicable).
The Store will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the Customer of its decision.

The controller of personal data is ogienek.eu.
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Customers have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

Products offered by the Store (particularly candles and ceramics) are handmade rather than machine-produced. Therefore, individual items may vary slightly in shape, colour, texture, wall thickness, or surface finish. Such differences are a natural characteristic of handmade products and do not constitute product defects.
In the case of soy candles, small droplets of fragrance oil or moisture may occasionally appear on the surface. This phenomenon is caused by temperature fluctuations during transportation or storage and is entirely natural. It does not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the candle.
The characteristics resulting from the handmade production process and the natural properties of the materials are not subject to complaints or warranty claims, as they do not constitute product defects.

The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes become effective upon publication on the Store’s website.
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
